SCREEN PRINTING / ART REQUIREMENTS

Screen printing is a long established process of exposing your image onto silk screens with a separate screen required for each color in your design. Pricing is based on the number of colors/screens, number of printed locations, and quantity ordered.  The more colors you have in your design, the more time it takes to set-up and print your design.

For example, if you have a one color design (ie: white print on blue tee) and only want it printed on one side then you have a one color/one side design. If you design a print for the front and another print for the back of a garment then we need to create 2 sets of screens and a separate set up for each design.

To calculate the minimum order for your design, we suggest ordering a minimum or 24 pieces. However, the price may go down substantially as the quantity ordered is increased.  Please note that as long as the print is the same, you can order a variety of garment styles for your design.

INKS

The standard ink we use in most of our prints is Plastisol ink, however we can use speciality inks like Metallic, Puff, Foil, Puff, Eco Inks, Waterbased, Discharge and more.

Let us know if you are after a particular look and feel.

We use the Pantone Solid Coated color system to match colors.

ARTWORK REQUIREMENTS

If you would like to supply your own art/design, it is strongly preferred your artwork is supplied in an Adobe Creative Suite compatible file format; .eps, .ai, .pdf. .psd, .tiff.
